Lagu yang rilis perdana pada bulan September 2019 itu, merupakan salah satu single dalam album kedua Camila Cabello bertajuk Romance. Lagu “Liar” sendiri sempat memuncak di nomor 21 di UK Singles Chart, nomor 31 di ARIA Singles Chart Australia, dan di nomor 52 di US Billboard Hot 100, lho.
